Case Study Video Production

Context & Brief: 

Kingspan Insulated Panels Australia partnered with GroupGSA and Span Construction on a major project for global wholesale retailer Costco. The goal was to demonstrate how Kingspan’s insulated panel solutions could deliver compliance with strict Australian building codes while also meeting client priorities around speed, durability, aesthetics, and long-term efficiency. With Costco expanding its footprint across Australia, Kingspan sought a compelling case study video that highlighted their role in delivering these large-scale builds to the highest standard.

Our Response:

We produced a hero case study video that told the story of the project through the voices of Roberto Gutierrez (GroupGSA) and Carlos Esguerra (Span Construction). The film focused on Kingspan’s contribution to the Costco build, specifically the use of KS1000RW external wall panels and Cold Store internal panels. The narrative showcased how these products supported faster build times, code compliance, energy efficiency, and aesthetic flexibility.

In addition to the main film, we created a suite of cut-down videos tailored for LinkedIn and social media, each highlighting a key theme:

  • Modularity - How Kingspan’s panels supported flexible installation and sequencing.

  • Speed of Build – Reduced construction time and labour requirements.

  • Aesthetics – Clean finishes, colour flexibility, and consistent quality.

  • Lightweight & Durability – Easy handling, resilience in tough weather conditions, and long-term confidence backed by warranty.

Outcome:

The case study video has become a flagship piece of content for Kingspan Australia, illustrating both their technical expertise and the tangible value delivered to a global client. The hero video has been used across digital platforms to communicate Kingspan’s capabilities to architects, builders, and developers. The themed cutdowns have been widely shared on LinkedIn, creating targeted engagement with key industry decision-makers. In addition, the videos have been showcased at trade shows and expos, where they provide a dynamic and authoritative representation of Kingspan’s solutions. Collectively, the project has strengthened Kingspan’s positioning in the Australian market and provided a versatile content library for ongoing campaigns.
